Mozart's Sister

It has been an exciting year for talented AMEB music and Speech & Drama student, Hugo. Earlier this year, Hugo was cast as the young Wolfgang Mozart in a film entitled Mozart’s Sister, produced by Media Stockade and due for release mid-2024.

Frances Long (nee Bell) developed her love of music at an early age, taught by her mother Minnie Philomena Bell. She studied at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music from 1951, and excelled at pianoforte, organ and singing.

The Level 3 (Associate and Licentiate) Manual lists have been refreshed with additional works and some existing work listings have been altered to suit diploma program timing requirements. The requirements for Level 3 (Associate and Licentiate) have also been revised. The Manual lists for the Oboe syllabus for Grades 6, 7 and 8 have been refreshed, and additional works will be available to choose from for examination from 2023.
