AMEB (NSW) makes every effort to ensure that all customers have a positive experience, in compliance with published policies and procedures.
AMEB (NSW) welcomes feedback which must be lodged using the Feedback form available on the website.
It is important to note that Feedback about exams is NOT a request to change the result.
Feedback must be received within ten (10) business days of an incident, or of the results of an exam being uploaded to AMEB Connect. Non-exam feedback may be submitted at any time.
Feedback received will be acknowledged and if appropriate, the matter will be investigated and followed up internally.
