Requesting an extension to your video submission due date
What you need to know!
- This form must be received by the AMEB (NSW) office no later than the original video submission date.
- A fee applies for every 30-day extension you request.
- For extension requests submitted after the Video Repertoire Exam enrolment closing date, you will only be eligible to extend until the last video submission due date for that exam Session (Session 20 or Session 21).
Please Note - Once this form is received and processed, an extension of up to 30-days will be granted and the new video submission due date can be viewed under 'My Candidates' in AMEB Connect by the enroller.
