Unable to attend an exam?
Has the exam been scheduled but your child or student is no longer able to attend? Submit the form below to let us know.
A full refund, less a $30 administration fee, will be given if the Candidate Withdrawal Form is received before the closing date of the exam period your candidate/child is enrolled in.
A 50% refund will be given if the Candidate Withdrawal Form is received prior to the refund dates noted on the relevant Practical Exam Dates or Written Exam Dates page.
