On Sunday 9 March 2025, AMEB (NSW) held their annual presentation ceremony at UNSW to honour students and teachers who excelled during 2024. Deputy CEO of NESA and deputy chair of the AMEB (NSW) board Paul Daniell acted as master of ceremonies for the event. 

680 people attended an afternoon of music and speech performances along with the conferring of AMEB diplomas and teaching awards. 223 diplomas were conferred, with 7 music students receiving 2 or more diplomas. Students who achieved at this elite level ranged in age from 11 to 56. Trophies and shields were also presented to private teachers, music studios and schools for the outstanding exam results achieved by their students.
