Who can enrol?

The enroller may be a:

  • teacher
  • parent (or legal guardian)
  • self ( if over 18 years of age)
  • music school
  • NESA accredited school

All enrolments are completed online using AMEB Connect.

If you have not enrolled a student before you will need an AMEB Connect login. Follow the step by step guide to create a login and enrol a student
 

Responsibility of the enroller

The enroller handles all communication with the AMEB (NSW) related to the exam they have enrolled a student in. This includes receipt of the:

  • Confirmation of Enrolment,
  • Notice of Examination,
  • Exam report and grade
  • Exam certificate if successful

The enrolling person must ensure that all information supplied to AMEB (NSW) is correct at the time of enrolment and agree to abide by AMEB (NSW) policies.

Only the enrolling person may request changes to the candidate's enrolment.

AMEB (NSW) uploads exam reports to AMEB Connect within two weeks of the date of the exam. Once uploaded, the enrolling person will receive an email advising that their student's report is available in AMEB Connect. They can view, print or even email the report directly to the student, all from AMEB Connect.

It is the responsibility of the enrolling person to ensure they give the exam report to the student within 21 days.
