AMEB Shield
The AMEB Shields are presented annually by the AMEB (NSW) as recognition of excellence in teaching. To be eligible for consideration, a teacher must have 10 candidates examined in a category. The results for each teacher in the category are ranked according to a scale determined by the Board, and the teacher with the highest aggregate mark in each category is recognised with a plaque, presented at the Annual Presentation Ceremony.
