He has performed with Natalie Cole, George Benson, Tina Arena, Marcia Hines, Guy Sebastian, Lior, Little Patti, Normie Rowe, Megan Washington and Russel Morris. Justin has also recorded for Skipping Girl Vinegar on their album Sift the noise for which Justin was responsible for writing the brass arrangements.

While living in Melbourne, Justin developed a passion for conducting, studying with a number of prominent Melbourne conductors. He has conducted numerous Melbourne ‘A grade’ brass bands including Moreland City Brass, Darebin City Brass and Camberwell Corps Band of The Salvation Army. In 2005 he was appointed Bandmaster of the Diamond Valley Brass Band and after moving to Sydney was appointed Bandmaster of Sydney Congress Hall Band in 2007. Justin has also performed as guest conductor with the Australian Army Band both in Melbourne and Sydney on many occasions.

Justin discharged from the Australian Defence Force in October 2010 and now earns his living as a professional music educator and freelance musician. He has since held appointments as the Director of Bands at Northern Beaches Christian School (Terrey Hills, Sydney) and Mercy College (Chatswood, Sydney). Justin now lives in Wagga Wagga where he is engaged by The Riverina Anglican College as Director of Bands and the Riverina Conservatorium of Music, where he teaches brass and contributes to the band programmes in a number of Wagga Wagga schools.
